Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern, contact us within 7 days at
support@mcfallmedia.co and we will do our best to make it right.
Monthly Services
- All McFall Media services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice to support@mcfallmedia.co.
- Your service remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
One-Time Setup Fees
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
AI Receptionist — Service Deactivation
- Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist will be deactivated at the end of the paid period.
- Your data will be available for export upon request for 30 days following the end of the paid period.
Project-Based Work
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on a project.
- Remaining balances are due upon project completion as outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Requests
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of McFall Media.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email us at support@mcfallmedia.co with:
- Your full name and business name
- The service in question and date of purchase
- A brief description of your request or concern
We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days.
