Refunds & Cancellations

- Monthly Services: All services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to support@mcfallmedia.co. Service remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Project-Based Work: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Remaining balances are due upon project completion.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of an issue to discuss resolution.
Limitation of Liability
McFall Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of McFall Media and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
Governing Law
